Role Summary

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. This role works closely with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric, and technically sound product features.The TPM ensures clarity of requirements, structured execution, and high-quality product releases while maintaining deep understanding of systems, APIs, data flows, and functional behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and feature priorities based on business needs and technical feasibility.
• Convert concepts into clear technical requirements, workflows, and documentation.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to improve product functionality.
• Prepare PRDs, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support engineering by clarifying feature behavior, system logic, and data requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress, track dependencies, and communicate risks.
• Ensure product usability, performance, and scalability considerations are addressed.
• Evaluate product metrics to support continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of product management or technical program management experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data structures.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical functional requirements.
• Experience working with engineering and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving capabilities.
