Role Summary

The Technical Product QA ensures the delivery of high-quality software through autonomous testing, detailed validation, and structured QA processes. The role requires strong knowledge of API testing, UI validation, backend verification, and end-to-end product behavior.This position operates independently to plan, execute, and document QA activities with minimal guidance and provides clear feedback to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans covering APIs, frontend, backend logic, and integrations.
• Perform autonomous QA including planning, execution, reporting, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test suites, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate data accuracy, database updates, and functional flows.
• Identify defects, create detailed reports, and follow up with engineering teams.
• Participate in sprint cycles and ensure all committed features pass QA before release.
• Apply QA best practices related to performance, security, and reliability.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to QA process improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on QA experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile testing practices.
• Experience testing APIs, UI flows, and backend logic.
• Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, and defect management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform independent QA.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
